Dear Ethan,
This is not a very common problem among teachers, but basically you need to feel confident on how to deliver the knowledge to the children. You need to keep your calm and your cool attitude. As for the sample course outline, you did not mention at which level we should target at and send it to you.
I will be expecting your answer soon.
Sincerely,

I am a history teacher at a small middle school in rural Ohio. My principal approached me at the beginning of the year asking me to teach a research class. My main problem is that I have NO Writing of Language Arts experience at all! I haven't the slightest idea of where to start. I've rebooted the class twice in the last 5 weeks and I still feel like I'm talking at the kids, not with them, about subjects, how to write note cards, etc. We are currently reading through articles, and most of them seem to be way over their heads, yet my admin insists upon using real research and mature articles. I need some serious guidance, a sample course outline, ideas of places to find appropriate articles for Middle School kids, etc! I'm in need of serious help!

Dear Hamid,
Would you like to have professional help or would you rather chose to go through the samples area and pick up the ideas about the research paper?
I will be waiting for your response.
